Areas of Teaching
- The faculty must be able to understand the language of the State, Tamil and help the students to overcome the barrier of learning Hindi.
- Stress as to be laid to Spoken and written Hindi. The Faculty has to make the students write short pieces and thereby help in their confidence growth.
- Classroom debates and assignments on current topics would further enhance their love for the language.
- It is always fight to keep the current topics in mind, of any field-be it music, film, books and painting etc- and get the students to present their views in any form (of writing or short dramas)
Consultancy
- Companies do like student who are aware of more than two or three languages. Hence, the students should be encouraged to learn the different aspects of their own mother tongue and its equation in Hindi.
- A fluency in the spoken language, with a fair knowledge of grammar, will certainly help the students. The faculty should bear this in mind and keep dinning it to the students.
Social Responsibility
- A sense of togetherness will certainly set in once the language barrier is broken. Besides, the students should be made to feel that he has a purpose towards the country. The faculty should constantly keep telling the students that languages need not divide human beings but should unite them.
